Terms & Conditions :

  • AURA DESIGN WORK has a very convenient registration process available online, once the clients’ / customers complete the Client Orientation Program which thoroughly explains our process of work & have gone through the Initial Proposal/Offer/Quotation or the Package offered by us on our website and after clarification of any doubts & queries related to Our Work Process, Project Development Cost, Professional Fees or any other engagement related queries. The client will receive an email of Contract Agreement Format which will include “The Appointment Letter”, “Detailed Scope of Work”, “Detailed Scope of Services”, “Payment Structure & Stages”, “Detailed Specifications”, “Conditions of Contract / Memorandum of Understanding”, “Duties, Roles & Responsibilities of AURA DESIGN WORK”, “Duties, Roles & Responsibilities of the Clients’/Customers/End User/s” & “Do’s & Don’ts Checklist”. After entering into contract both parties AURA DESIGN WORK & the respective Clients’/Customers/End Users will be bound, liable & comply to follow their part of Duties, Roles & Responsibilities.

  • The Quotation of Our Services will be valid for 7 Working Days from the date of dispatch.

  • The Contract Agreement for End-to-End Interior Design Services/Comprehensive Interior Design Service will be valid from the date of signing till the Project Completion.

  • The Quotation of Our Services & The Professional Fees are excluding the taxes. Any taxes applicable are to be borne by the client against the Invoice generated.

  • AURA DESIGN WORK is an Interior Design Studio are we do not committed/offer any of the Home Appliances or the Kitchen Appliances, Office related Appliances or any IT related products like PC, Computers, Laptops, Servers or any other.

  • AURA DESIGN WORK is an Interior Design Studio. We do not commit /offer any of the Home Furnishing or Home Décor Products.

  • Once the Design is approved by the Clients’/Customers/ End Users, there will be no change in the Designs or revisions at the Site Execution stage, this is only in the best interest of the Clients’/Customers/ End Users so they don’t end up spending more on the Material Cost, Labor Cost, Transportation Cost, Lead and Lift Cost. Any such changes may result in the extension of the Project Completion Deadline, Waste of Materials & Resources, Financial Loss.

  • All statutory permissions from the authority / society or any other are a full responsibility of the Clients’/Customers/ End Users. It includes access to the site, work permit on the site, providing power supply & water supply on the site.

  • Lead time of the Project Completion is totally dependent on & subject to condition on various factors like Approval of the Design Proposal in the said timeline, Selection & Procurement of the Materials in the said timeline, Appointment of the Contracts/Service Providers/ Third Party Vendors in the said timeline & the Payment Structure to be completed as per the said Stages of Payment for Site Execution related or Professional Fees related. Any delay or negligence in the same from clients' end, will result in the extension of the lead time or even holding the work till further notice. AURA DESIGN WORK as the official appointed Design Studio will neither be held responsible nor be answerable to the Clients’/Customers/ End Users in such cases.

  • End-to End or Comprehensive Interior Design Service is a consolidated service of group of services from Design to Execution to Handover. During the Execution stage, however, there are 10 to 15 Different Services or Service Providers or Third Party Vendors involved. The Quotation offered by AURA DESIGN WORK can vary or change due to multiple factors like alterations in the Scope of work, Add-Ons, Selection of the Materials, Changes in the Furniture Sizes or any ultra-premium surface application material which is out of the said and aggregable Scope of Work.

  • There is a certain threshold for “Ready Made Furniture Articles” like Sofa/Sofa Set, Dining Tables, Chairs or any other Designer Furniture Articles etc. AURA DESIGN WORK will carefully mention that threshold with the prefix “Up to” for such items & any such item which is/are above the threshold or exceeding the budget, for those articles / products the client must pay as per the respective choice or selection. Such payments will be at actual or as per the Quotation offered by that particular third-party vendor. The transportation, Lead & Lift are totally a point of negotiation for the client for which they can asks discounts to the third-party vendor, if agreeable to both the client and the vendor, they can proceed with purchase order. AURA DESIGN WORK has zero or no role or responsibility in this, in terms of negotiation or mediation for the same.

  • There is a certain threshold for “Ready Made Decorative Light Fixtures” like Chandeliers etc. AURA DESIGN WORK will carefully mention that threshold with the prefix “Up to” for such items, & any such item which is/are above the threshold or exceeding the budget, for those articles / products the client must pay as per the respective choice or selection. Such payments will be at actual or as per the Quotation offered by that particular third-party vendor. The transportation, Lead & Lift are totally a point of negotiation for the client for which they can asks discounts to the third-party vendor, if agreeable to both the client and the vendor they can proceed with purchase order. AURA DESIGN WORK has zero or no role or responsibility in this in terms of negotiation or mediation for the same.

  • There is a certain threshold for “Artworks, Artefacts, Paintings & Sculptures” etc. AURA DESIGN WORK will carefully mention that threshold with the prefix “Up to” for such items, any such items which is/are above the threshold or exceeding the budget,  for those articles / products the client must pay as per the respective choice or selection. Such payments will be at actual or as per the Quotation offered by that particular third-party vendor. The transportation, Lead & Lift are totally a point of negotiation for the client for which they can asks discounts to the third-party vendor, if agreeable to both the client and the vendor they can proceed with purchase order. AURA DESIGN WORK has zero or no role or responsibility in this in terms of negotiation or mediation for the same.

  • AURA DESIGN WORK recommends the Products & Services of Verified Brands only which are either renowned PAN INDIA or International Grade with minimum of 10 Years Warranty. We request the clients’/customers/ end users to procure verified products from verified brands or verified vendors under our supervision.

  • In the event of any Social or Political Policies, Act of God or any pandemic situation, if AURA DESIGN WORK seeks cooperation from their clients’/customers/end users to understand the situation and work accordingly, it is in the best interest of both the parties to maintain a healthy business relation and work towards bright & hopeful future.

  • The Clients’/Customers/Vendor who hire us for “Design Only” Projects have the liberty to appoint the third-party vendors directly. But any third-party vendor who is not verified or previously worked with us AURA DESIGN WORK will not be liable or responsible for the Lead time of the Project Completion or Quality of the Workmanship or Payments towards that particular vendor/s.

  • For End-to-End Interior Design Services all the purchase order will be in the name of the client. The taxation related to same is borne & payable by the client & client only.

  • AURA DESIGN WORK provides the clients’/customers/end users with a Schedule of Site visits during the Site Execution process at the Contract stage itself. Any site visits other than the schedule of site visits will be chargeable @ ₹2000/visit within city limits.

  • AURA DESIGN WORK provides the clients’/customers/end users with a Schedule of Material Selection visits during the Selection of Material stage at the Contract stage itself. Any visits other than the schedule of visits or multiple visits for the same purpose shall be chargeable @ ₹2000/visit within city limits.

  • All design concepts, ideas, plans, elevations, 3D Design / Visual Illustrations, Sketches, Design Detailing, Working Details in any format like CAD, JPG, PNG or any video format produced by AURA DESIGN WORK on this website are the intellectual property of AURA DESIGN WORK and design copyright with all rights reserved. Such data shall not be edited, copied, misused, reproduced elsewhere for commercial purposes. If done, it shall be a breach of contract. Clients’/ Customers / End Users are granted a non-exclusive one-time license to use the designs solely for their intended purposes.

  • It is in the liberty of both the parties AURA DESIGN WORK & the Clients’/Customers / End Users for the Termination of the Contract. Same shall be informed by both parties in writing and provide a grace period of 15 days to close the financial settlements if any. If the Clients’, Customers/ End Users are the ones who wish to terminate the services then are liable to indemnify & reimburse AURA DESIGN WORK with the full payment of the Professional fees up to the particular stage of the project when the Clients’, Customers/ End Users wish to terminate and then only AURA DESIGN WORK will hand over the NoC (No Objection Certificate) to the Clients’, Customers/ End Users. AURA DESIGN WORK reserves full rights of termination of  the contract without any explanation if it is observed that  the Clients’/ Customers/ End Users do not comply to the terms & conditions of the contract agreement or cause any deliberate delay in following the Duties, Roles & Responsibilities of the Clients’/ Customers / End Users with respect to Professional Fees Payments as per the Payment Schedule.

  • Once registered with AURA DESIGN WORK, during the said validity of the Contract, the Clients’, Customers/ End Users shall not hire another Interior Designer or third-party vendor for the same scope of work mentioned in the Contract document. Doing so shall be considered a breach of contract and the Clients’, Customers/ End Users shall be considered defaulter. In such cases Clients’, Customers/ End Users is liable to indemnify & reimburse AURA DESIGN WORK with the complete Professional Fees promised in the contract. The Complete Professional Fees will be forfeited as a penalty for breaching the contract, the complete Professional Fees will be non-refundable in such cases.

  • For Design Only Project the Complete Professional Fees will have to be paid in advance and it will be non – refundable in any case what so ever.

  • For End-to-End Design Solutions, advance fees of ₹25,000/- shall be held as a retainer; remaining fees will be refundable in case of termination due to the default of AURA DESIGN WORK.

  • AURA DESIGN WORK will  neither be answerable nor responsible for any delay in Lead time of Project Completion or the quality of workmanship or wastage of resources if the Clients’, Customers/ End Users has appointed unverified third-party vendors.

  • AURA DESIGN WORK will only provide the data in Hardcopy in any case during the course of Contract Agreement or even in case of termination. This is a part of Data Privacy Policy of AURA DESIGN WORK to avoid abuse or misuse of our data.

  • At the completion of a particular project, at actual site measurement will be cross verified. If any discrepancy is found then the Clients’/Customers/ End Users has to pay and close the differential amount as per final bill.

  • AURA DESIGN WORK will thoroughly inspect the site before handover for any last minute repairs, touchups etc.,and rectify them but post the Handover AURA DESIGN WORK does not offer or promise any maintenance for general wear & tear against the misuse of the article by the Clients'/Customers/ End Users.

  • AURA DESIGN WORK will keep the Clients’/Customers/End Users information confidential unless and until have to referred under legal disputes under the Jurisdiction of the Court Law of India.

  • AURA DESIGN WORK will consider Sub-Contracting by the Clients’/Customers/End Users as a breach of Contract if the Clients’/Customers/End Users try to hire another Architect/s, Interior Designer/s, Interior Contractor/s or any Third-Party Vendors during the validity of the existing Contract between AURA DESIGN WORK & Clients’/Customers/End Users.

  • If any Dispute/s arise between AURA DESIGN WORK & the Clients’/Customers/End Users with respect to the said scope of work mentioned in the Contract Agreement then it should be resolved with Mediation or Arbitration first before pursuing legal action, if the dispute/s persists then as per the Legal Judiciary of Republic of India and the governing laws for dispute resolution, both the parties have liberty to take legal action against the dispute/s.

  • All the above terms & conditions are governed by the laws of Republic of India and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune District Court Jurisdiction.

  • AURA DESIGN WORK reserves the right to make any changes or modification of any or all points in the above terms & conditions or the privacy policies.
